Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the workshop and yard areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to ISO environmental standards.
  • Manage waste disposal and prioritize safety by adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Operate a forklift truck for efficient material handling and move vehicles within the workshop premises.
  • Conduct commercial vehicle road tests, requiring a valid HGV licence.
  • Inspect and receive new incoming vehicles, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Assist with other general workshop tasks as needed, supporting the team in maintaining a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • A positive and enthusiastic individual with a 'can-do' attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who is comfortable working in a collaborative setting and is willing to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • The holder of a valid HGV licence, with a strong understanding of commercial vehicle maintenance and operation.
