About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Systems Specialist to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our payroll systems. You will play a vital role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance within our payment processes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Enhance existing payment processes and systems to accommodate evolving business needs and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business change requirements for payroll systems.
  • Conduct thorough user testing and validation of system changes, ensuring seamless implementation and communication with operational teams.
  • Provide technical support to internal customers, resolving complex payment issues and recommending effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of robust business testing strategies, safeguarding operational processes and data accuracy.
  • Monitor and manage non-production payroll environments, conducting regular reviews of data and functionality.
  • Undertake system reviews, disaster recovery testing, and contingency planning to ensure business resilience and infrastructure stability.
Your Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of payroll processing and reconciliations. You should possess excellent analytical skills and experience in project delivery, including system testing and defect management. Familiarity with payroll regulations and risk management is essential.

  • Proven experience working on multiple projects and conducting various levels of testing (SIT, BAT, PA).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to effectively plan and organize testing activities.
