Job Opportunity

We are delighted to be working with one of the best tech teams in Northern Ireland to recruit for a Senior DevOps Engineer for their team.

Our client is a fast-growing, global scale-up that is well-established in Northern Ireland and their software makes a tangible difference to improving people's lives.

The Role

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure using Terraform and AWS.
  • Cloud Management: Manage and optimize AWS services, including EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, and more.
  • CI/CD Pipeline: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI to automate deployment processes.
  • Monitoring & Logging: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure using Terraform and AWS.
  • Manage and optimize AWS services, including EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, and more.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years DevOps Experience
  • AWS Expertise: Strong experience with AWS services, architecture, and best practices.
  • Terraform: Proficient in writing, testing, and deploying Terraform code for infrastructure management.
  • Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or similar.
  • Configuration Management: Familiarity with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
