About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Business Analyst to join our team at Tillo. As an FP&A Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing financial analysis, planning, and reporting support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Design and implement financial reporting and analysis tools to support business decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication of financial information.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in FP&A.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts.
