About the Role:

DB Charles Recruitment is working in collaboration with an established business to hire a new Sales Account Manager to focus on clients and relationships within the luxury retail industry.

The business is looking to hire someone who can develop new accounts as well as aid in maintaining the standard with existing customer accounts. You will be expected to create a sales and development plan that uses your knowledge and skills to maximise sales opportunities, along with having the full support of the wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building new relationships via new leads coming through to the business.
  • Seeking out new sales opportunities through a combination of methods, including networking, trade shows, and direct contact.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Organising meetings with potential clients, positioning new products and services.
  • Planning and carrying out direct marketing to current and new customers.
  • Order processing.
  • Ensuring the CRM system is kept up to date.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar sales/business development or account management role.
  • Knowledge or working background of the retail industry would be advantageous.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills, along with a professional phone etiquette.
  • Solid computer skills with MS Office & CRM systems.
  • Creative.
  • Able to commit to a full-time office-based role.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary dependent on experience of between £25,000 to £34,000 per annum.
  • Additional bonus scheme offerings.
