We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Wisbech Branch and drive exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the branch
  • Drive sales and customer service to achieve repeat business and exceed targets
  • Provide training and coaching to the internal sales team and branch assistants
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase branch sales
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience within a wholesale environment
  • Commercial management skills and experience of working under pressure
