As a Shift Supervisor at DOF, you will collaborate with a team of skilled professionals who are passionate about their work. Our primary operational base is in the Atlantic region, but our advanced fleet of vessels operates worldwide, allowing you to engage with diverse cultures and settings. If you have a strong interest in the offshore sector and are eager to develop your skills in a stimulating and fulfilling atmosphere, this position may be ideal for you.

The Shift Supervisor serves as a crucial point of contact for all vessel operations during their shift. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the operational teams and resources assigned to various projects. You will execute tasks in alignment with established protocols and the company's quality assurance system. As a Shift Supervisor, you will exemplify the values and brand of DOF Subsea, maintaining effective communication with the Offshore Manager and collaborating with the ROV Supervisor, Deck Foreman, and onboard Client Representatives, as well as approved subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Qualifications

  • Formal technical and/or administrative education.
  • Valid offshore safety/survival certification.
  • Current offshore seafarer's medical certificate.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in offshore construction support.
