Job Title: Senior Service Engineer (Networking)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Engineer (Networking) to join our team at ITPS. As a critical technical role, this position demands broad technology expertise and emphasizes customer service, acting as a 3rd line support and guiding Service Engineers through complex technical issues and support calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain network devices to drive operational stability.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Lead and support in customer meetings with the SDM, Team Leader, or Account Manager.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and training required for the role.
  • Have a flexible approach to shift working.
Requirements:
  • Professional certifications in networking such as CCNA/CCNP, Meraki CMNA/CMNO, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network engineering, with specific expertise in Meraki, Cisco, or other relevant technologies.
  • Proven experience in managing complex networks in a multi-vendor environment.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, including security practices, VPNs, and firewall configuration.
