About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Engineer (Network) to join our team at ITPS. As a critical technical role, this position demands broad technology expertise and a strong understanding of network protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain network devices to drive operational stability.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Lead and support in customer meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and training required for the role.
  • Have a flexible approach to shift working.
Requirements
  • Professional certifications in networking such as CCNA/CCNP, Meraki CMNA/CMNO, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network engineering, with specific expertise in Meraki.
  • Proven experience in managing complex networks in a multi-vendor environment.
  • Strong understanding of network security practices, VPNs, and firewall configuration.
