HGV 2 Driver Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled HGV 2 driver to join our team at Staffing Match - London Transport. As an HGV 2 driver, you will be responsible for collecting freight from Heathrow Cargo Terminals and transporting it to our depot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely complete freight collections and deliveries
  • Ensure compliance with airside regulations, UK road laws, and working time regulations
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and inspect vehicles in the yard
  • Load loose boxes within the lorry
Requirements:
  • HGV C Category or above with no more than 6 points
  • Valid CPC Card and Digi Card
  • Good understanding of English, written and verbal
  • Reliable and flexible with a strong work ethic
