Job Title: Cyber Security Risk Analyst

Job Summary

DGH Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Cyber Security Risk Analyst to join our dynamic Cyber Security team. As a Cyber Security Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in assessing and evaluating the IT systems, security risks, and controls of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough client audits through effective planning, diligent execution, and proactive client engagement.
  • Prepare detailed working papers that document the client's cyber and information security controls and audit observations.
  • Draft clear and comprehensive audit findings, highlighting security control weaknesses, associated risks, and providing practical recommendations for client management.
  • Foster lasting relationships with clients based on professionalism, subject matter expertise, and a genuine interest in their success.
  • Contribute to the development of information and cyber security assessment methodologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering Cyber Security audits.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
  • A strong understanding of technology platforms.
  • Working knowledge of information security frameworks, including ISO27001, NCSC Ten Steps, CIS Top 18, NIST, and Cyber Essentials.
  • A keen interest in and understanding of information security and cyber security risks and controls across various industries.
  • Competent reporting and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver work within tight deadlines, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in conducting SOC1 and/or SOC2 audits is an advantage.
  • Industry-recognized qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO27001 Auditor, or equivalent are beneficial.
