Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a Fire Compliance Manager to oversee the testing and maintenance of fire safety systems. This role is crucial in fulfilling the Group's responsibilities under Article 17 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order, ensuring adherence to British Standard requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Fire Compliance Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Fire & Building Safety. Your primary duties will include managing the Group's external Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) contract, ensuring that all FRAs are thoroughly reviewed in accordance with established timelines.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards, coupled with excellent management skills to effectively coordinate compliance efforts.
