Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to join our team at Clarion Housing. As a key member of our neighbourhood management team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with residents and stakeholders in the local region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular customer visits to properties in the local region to provide support and guidance to residents.
  • Assist centrally based teams in completing customer visits, viewing and sign-up appointments.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective neighbourhood management strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Confident and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Knowledge of neighbourhood management principles and practices.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £35,277 to £41,068 per annum.
  • A 36-hour working week with a permanent contract.
