About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at Next.

As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure working and shopping environment for our customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a visible presence to deter and prevent loss
  • Working closely with store teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Building strong relationships with local police and other stakeholders
  • Conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Supporting the Regional LP Manager with additional duties as required

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with previous security experience in a retail environment.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous security experience in a retail environment
  • Flexibility to work across different stores and opening times
  • Ability to travel to cover a cluster of stores within a reasonable distance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach
