Sales Director

As a Sales Manager at Currys, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of sales professionals. Your primary objective will be to inspire customers to purchase the best products to suit their needs, while driving sales and profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a highly engaged team, understanding individual strengths and development opportunities, and supporting personal growth plans.
- Inspire colleagues to prioritize customer satisfaction while achieving sales and profit targets.
- Create excitement and engagement around new product launches, identifying opportunities to bring technology to life for customers.
Requirements:
- Proven management experience in a sales-driven business, with a track record of identifying commercial opportunities to maximize sales.
- Excellent coaching skills, a hands-on management style, and a passion for building team confidence and helping individuals grow their careers.
- Confidence in leading a team, approachability, and friendliness towards colleagues and customers.
- Keenness to learn about the latest technology and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
