Sales Manager Role Overview

As a Sales Manager at Currys plc, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, coaching colleagues to inspire customers to buy the best products to suit their needs, and driving sales and profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
