Job Title: Area Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Kumon. As an Area Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our franchisees in the Nottingham area to achieve their business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to franchisees to help them develop their business and improve student outcomes.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with our core practices and franchise agreement.
  • Drive student enrolment and retention through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Advise franchisees on marketing and promotional activities to increase centre visibility and attract new students.
  • Network and build relationships with potential franchisees to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven business, marketing, and sales experience, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with franchisees and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
