Job Title: Trainee Dispensing Assistant/Dispensing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Dispensing Assistant/Dispensing Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to medical queries in a sensitive and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high standards of patient care and service.
• Develop and maintain a good level of IT literacy and numeracy to effectively manage patient data and prescriptions.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, demonstrating a patient-first approach and a can-do attitude.

Requirements:

• Completed an accredited NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) Dispensing Assistant training course would be desirable.
• Good attention to detail and high levels of concentration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team.
