**Role: Pharmacy Facility Operations Supervisor PM shift**

**Location: Bardon, LE67**

**Salary: £36,000 per annum, plus extensive benefits**

**Contract type: Permanent**

**Employment type: Full time**

**Working hours: 42 hours per week Mon-Fri 14:30-23:00 (occasional weekends)**

In this role you will oversee warehouse activities, including driving a safety culture and ensuring warehouse activity meets company requirements.

**What you’ll be doing?**
- Motivate and encourage the team to ensure productivity targets are met
- Manage team training and development to ensure internal and external accuracy figures are met and maintained
- Provide cover for manager when required
- Maintain best operational practices through management of SOP’s
- Drive and improve multiskilling within the team through staff performance, training, and productivity review
- Drive continuous improvement and implement new ideas to improve ways of working and eliminate waste
- Conduct coaching sessions to feedback on issues and area of improvement to raise KPI awareness
- Conduct 1-2-1s and Return to work
