Pertemps Network Group is delighted to be supporting a well-established legal firm in Ayrshire who are looking to add a Residential Conveyancing Specialist to their team. This organisation prides itself on delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages.
- Drafting legal documents, including missives, dispositions, and securities.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
- Preparing documentation for settlement and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Managing case files and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Scottish property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with legal software and case management systems.
