We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team at RecruitmentRevolution. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the construction aspects of projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality standards, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team to ensure work is carried out in accordance with quality, environmental, and safety standards
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during construction
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress and provide lookahead milestone targets
  • Provide a monthly progress report to clients
  • Act as the main point of contact between sites and head office
  • Deliver best practice and ensure the wider team does the same
  • Attend snagging and back snagging to ensure units meet standards
  • Identify new methods of construction and operating the business for commercial success
  • Support the commercial team in appraising development opportunities
  • Implement new ideas and methods to improve contribution to the organisation's goals
About You:
  • 10+ years of experience in construction, development, or construction management
  • Full driving license essential
  • Experience managing projects with agreed parameters
  • Proven technical knowledge of the construction industry
  • Experience in high-end residential construction projects and delivering excellent results
  • Ability to plan and supervise site setup
  • Excellent people skills managing multiple stakeholders
  • Able to demonstrate an organised and systematic way of working
  • Ability to take a creative approach to problem-solving
  • Good computer skills and working knowledge of cloud-based software
  • Commercial awareness with good business acumen
  • Ability to direct/manage/supervise multiple sites
  • Experienced health and safety practitioner with good knowledge of CDM regulations
  • Experience in sustainable construction desirable
