The Role

We are seeking an ambitious paralegal to join our busy practice. Our team is organized in small, efficient teams, giving our litigators the best opportunities to improve their skills and provide the best service to our clients.

This role is primarily to support a small team on a specific project related to Media, Technology, and Journalism. Knowledge and genuine interest in this area are preferred. There will also be opportunities to support across other areas of the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with and supporting senior partners and associates.
  • Researching specific topics and preparing clear and concise reports.
  • Building rapport and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external organizations.
  • Producing consistent, accurate, and high-quality work.
  • Assisting with document management, archiving, and electronic disclosure.
  • Other general administrative duties as necessary.
  • Willingness to be involved, driven by the desire to learn and develop yourself.
Requirements
  • Strong academic qualifications from a highly regarded university, ideally with a First Class degree (or equivalent).
  • At least 6 months of experience as a paralegal or administrator with a reputable firm, ideally prior experience working with private family offices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization skills, and attention to detail.
  • Desire to be part of a forward-thinking, fast-paced, and dynamic firm.
  • Proactive with a hands-on attitude and an enthusiasm for engaging in a wide breadth of duties.
