**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Telecoms Systems professional to join our dynamic team in the development of pioneering breakthrough technology for both civilian and military application.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Coordinate a small team of Telecoms Architects and act as key interface between the Antenna System Technical / Engineering team and Stakeholders (Suppliers, Partners, Customers) to ensure alignment and collaborative, constructive relationships.

* Develop telecom solution strategy for system roll-out and future roadmap planning.

* Drive and develop existing and new industry collaborations with technology, partners, operators and industry forums for product integration, network services, solutions, support and testing.

**Requirements**

* 5-10 years solid experience gained within mobile operator / telecoms / radio supplier environment in 4G/5G Radio Access Networks.

* Experience in complex system integration, test and process management in an operational environment.
