Exciting Opportunity for a Junior Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Negotiator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering all sales enquiries, implementing sales viewings, and managing feedback and follow-up for all viewings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and administer all sales enquiries
  • Implement sales viewings and manage feedback and follow-up
  • Maintain and upkeep of all office sales documentation and administration
  • Work closely with the team to identify new business opportunities
  • Generate quality leads and instructions
  • Ensure all financial targets are met and exceeded on a monthly basis
  • Comply with all relevant legislation relating to Anti-Money Laundering
  • Provide a professional, efficient, friendly, and personalized service to clients
Requirements:
  • Natural sales skills that can be developed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team as well as with autonomy
  • Initiative, drive, and ambition
  • Motivation to succeed
  • Intention to continue with role-specific education and training
  • IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence and your own car
What We Offer:
  • A basic salary of up to £18,000, with on-target earnings of c. £25,000 in your first year
  • A mileage allowance will be paid
  • Support and payment for relevant qualifications and career development
  • A 5-day week, Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm and alternate Saturdays 9am to 4pm with a day off in lieu
