Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, adhering to the Hiscox claims philosophy
  • Manage a high volume of inquiries from various stakeholders regarding new and ongoing claims
  • Receive claim notifications from clients via phone and handle their claims effectively
  • Assess and confirm the coverage position of Hiscox policies
  • Negotiate and resolve claims fairly and promptly, keeping clients informed throughout the process
  • Surpass established SLAs and performance targets
  • Exhibit exemplary file management and claims oversight through proactive portfolio management
  • Work independently and demonstrate initiative in claims processing, tailoring your approach to each client
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team to enhance client experiences
