Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, adhering to the Hiscox claims philosophy
- Manage a high volume of inquiries from various stakeholders regarding new and ongoing claims
- Receive claim notifications from clients via phone and handle their claims effectively
- Assess and confirm the coverage position of Hiscox policies
- Negotiate and resolve claims fairly and promptly, keeping clients informed throughout the process
- Surpass established SLAs and performance targets
- Exhibit exemplary file management and claims oversight through proactive portfolio management
- Work independently and demonstrate initiative in claims processing, tailoring your approach to each client
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team to enhance client experiences
