  • Operational Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for all collateral operations queries, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where needed.
  • Oversight Controls: Manage daily and weekly oversight controls, including collateral disputes, failed movements, and coupon claims.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and refine existing processes, leading initiatives to address inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Project Leadership: Act as a Subject Matter Expert on collateral-related projects, leading workshops and ensuring thorough process documentation.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A strong university degree in Business or Finance.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in Middle Office activities, regulatory topics, or collateral management within the asset management industry.
  • Skills: Robust technical and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions. Proficiency in English is essential; additional European languages are advantageous.
  • Mindset: A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for innovative solutions and client-first thinking. You should also be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
