Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PCB Repair Specialist to join our team at GE Aviation. In this role, you will be responsible for the repair, modification, and overhaul of electronic avionic assemblies and printed circuit boards for various civil or military customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of electronic components to component level
  • Utilization of manual and automated test equipment to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair
  • Supporting engineering and quality investigations as required
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and read complex electronic digital/analogue circuit diagrams
  • Raising relevant paperwork to complete tasks, ensuring traceability and compliance
Requirements
  • Previous experience in fault diagnosis and testing of electronic components
  • Ability to utilize detailed manuals, drawings, and other documentation to aid in diagnosis and repair
  • Minimum of ONC or time-served experience or similar level of knowledge and experience
  • Must be PC literate
