About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Substance Misuse Psychosocial Lead. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing effective therapeutic substance misuse recovery services to patients with complex substance misuse problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a programme of therapeutic interventions to support patients with substance misuse issues.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive assessments and risk evaluations.
  • Deliver high-quality care through evidence-based psycho-social interventions, including harm reduction and health promotion/recovery agendas.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Psychosocial workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver the therapeutic programme.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
