Job Title: Substance Misuse Psychosocial Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Substance Misuse Psychosocial Lead. As a senior member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing effective therapeutic substance misuse recovery services to individuals with complex substance misuse problems.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of therapeutic interventions for men with substance misuse problems.

2. Provide leadership to a team of staff by maintaining professional standards, ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.

3. Deliver high-quality and compassionate care through appropriate assessment, formulation, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic interventions.

Person Specification:

* Essential qualifications: Current professional registration in nursing, social work, or equivalent knowledge and experience in the provision of structured psychosocial interventions.
* Essential experience: Experience of community-related substance misuse multi-disciplinary work, working with patients presenting with challenging behaviors, and record-keeping, report writing, and correspondence.
* Essential knowledge: Theoretical knowledge of substance misuse and evidence-based psycho-social interventions.
