Senior Program Manager, Shipping Integration

Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Strategy & Integration team leading the business and operations integration program for Amazon Shipping in the EU.
About the Role
You will be responsible for translating the long-term vision for Amazon Shipping into a strategic and tactical integration plan for SWA and multiple middle and last mile EU Ops teams. You will be part of the core team that will be building the Amazon Shipping Operations integration strategy and implementation plan across all EU.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead efforts on the EU SWA business and operations integration 'big rock' for Amazon Shipping operations.
- Improve key operational metrics by building new processes and partnerships with the Biz, Product, and Ops teams.
- Support the launch of Amazon Shipping in new countries and new market segments both internal and external.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
- Experience leading process improvements
