Job Title: Senior Program Manager - EU Operations Integration

Amazon is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the EU Operations Integration program. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the integration strategy across all EU countries.

About the Role

The Senior Program Manager will work closely with the Strategy & Integration team to build a shipping service provider that our customers love. Key responsibilities include:

  • Improving key operational metrics by building new processes and partnerships with the Business, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Supporting the launch of Amazon Shipping in new countries and market segments.
About the Team

Amazon Shipping offers Amazon's delivery capabilities as a product and service. Our team is responsible for building the Amazon Shipping Operations integration strategy and implementation plan across all EU countries.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications

A Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field is preferred. Experience leading process improvements is also desirable.
