Responsibilities of the Licensed Nursing Professional- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions to ensure optimal care and guidance.

- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create tailored care plans for each patient.
- Conduct routine medical procedures (such as blood pressure checks and administering injections) and maintain accurate patient records.
- Modify and administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician directives.
- Ensure facility cleanliness and safety by performing sanitation tasks (including equipment decontamination and surface cleaning).
- Provide immediate medical assistance during emergencies.
- Assist surgical teams during procedures.
- Oversee and mentor licensed practical nurses and nursing aides.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for patients and their families.
- Enhance professional knowledge and skills by participating in educational workshops and conferences.
- Demonstrated experience as a licensed nurse.
- Thorough understanding of nursing care methodologies and practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of emergency response protocols.
- In-depth familiarity with health and safety regulations (including sanitation and decontamination) and a commitment to adhering to these standards.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Responsible and empathetic in approach.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid nursing license required.
