Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own clients and caseload, with a focus on producing high-quality work to tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with junior members of the team to ensure seamless case progression.
  • Develop and implement effective case management strategies to meet client needs.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Contribute to the development of the Home Sales team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 GCSE passes at grade C or above (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
  • Previous experience in a legal environment, preferably in conveyancing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and comfortable with learning new databases and software packages.
