Job Title: Advanced Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Mental Health Practitioner to join our Living Well Gedling Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals with mental health needs to live the lives they choose, with the correct support. This will involve multidisciplinary working, management of complex mental health cases, hospital discharges from acute psychiatric wards, and some transforming lives work.

The role will also involve leadership of the team duty and safeguarding work. You will be skilled in strength-based approaches to embed the ethos of promoting independence and wellbeing in the prevention and delay of ongoing care and support.

An essential part of this role is the development, supervision, coaching, and leadership of staff. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and organised worker who is ready for the next challenge.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Social Worker who is Practice Educator, BIA, or AMHP qualified. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
