About the Role:
Igloo is seeking a skilled Vehicle Inspector to join their team on a brand-new contract based on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent. As a Vehicle Inspector, you will be responsible for undertaking vehicle inspections, accurately recording damage, and ensuring exit documentation is completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles meet inspection standards.
  2. Accurately record damage using handheld technology and software, including taking photos to evidence damage and location.
  3. Ensure exit documentation is completed by authorized personnel onsite for vehicles with damage or issues.
  4. Adhere to company inspection guidelines and processes.
  5. Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in vehicle inspection, an excellent eye for detail, and the ability to pick up new systems and inspection standards efficiently. You should also be able to complete inspections within a set timeframe while maintaining the highest standard of inspection.

What We Offer:
Igloo offers a competitive pay rate of £12.05 p/h PAYE and £13.97 p/h Umbrella, plus an achievable weekly bonus. The role is based across three sites on the Isle of Sheppey, with a shift pattern of 8-10 hour shifts dependent on daylight.
