We offer Bank/Occasional hours. The Bank position will provide cover as needed, such as during annual leave or sick leave, with varying hours and days.
A night enhancement of £1.50 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am, Monday to Sunday (this does not apply to sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
At Bradbury House, rated "Outstanding" by CQC, we accommodate 24 adults with physical disabilities, located in Crook, County Durham.
We offer various shifts, with guaranteed full or part-time hours, or occasional hours for those seeking flexibility.
About the Position
Maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere is a crucial and respected role within our organization.
Your responsibilities will include performing general cleaning tasks and utilizing appropriate materials and equipment in compliance with COSHH regulations. Attention to detail is essential to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness, thereby providing a safe environment for our clients, visitors, and staff.

To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Experience in cleaning roles (experience in a commercial setting is preferred).
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the service.
