About the Role

The Very Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reporting on existing campaign activity, ensuring data inputs are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Analyse data to provide recommendations for optimising value and marketing spend ROI through targeting, offer, and contact strategy.
  • Support the design and execution of segment-level customer strategies that drive value growth.
  • Define and implement 'Test & Control' methodology for tests to ensure accurate and confident results.
  • Support the development of a Programmatic CRM solution that incorporates all CRM activity into one optimised and measurable programme.
  • Collaborate with Data Science to utilise advanced analytical tools, such as segmentation, modelling, AI, and machine learning, to drive improved campaign and strategy performance.
  • Support the delivery of Omni-channel messaging strategies using data to determine who, when, how, and what communications are sent to individual customers.
  • Manage effective working relationships with key stakeholders across Customer Comms, FS Marketing, Finance, and Data Intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Selections and Marketing teams to ensure campaign processes are effective and automated when possible.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst who possesses:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to spot trends and opportunities in data to provide recommendations.
  • The ability to translate complex data into simple and concise formats that can be shared with colleagues across a wide range of disciplines and levels of seniority.
  • A level of understanding of how advanced analytical tools, such as segmentation, modelling, AI, and machine learning, can be utilised within strategies to drive improved performance.
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in extracting and manipulating data in either SAS or SQL.
