Job Summary

The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care. You will be responsible for developing and implementing pharmacy services, improving health outcomes, and reducing health inequalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pharmacy services to improve patient care and health outcomes
  • Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development of the Primary Care Network (PCN) and its services
  • Work effectively with the Conexus Healthcare CIC team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Mandatory registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Masters degree in pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiating skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
