Desktop Support Analyst – Bank in the City London

Our Client, a leading International Bank, is based in the heart of the City of London.

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our Service Support Team, providing expert technical support to around 130 users across several European countries.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of proven experience in Desktop Support, with a strong background in hardware builds, software installations, and upgrades.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-line technical support to users, resolving issues and problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Documenting and tracking issues, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to resolve them
  • Collaborating with the Service Support Team to ensure seamless delivery of technical support services
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Cisco and Microsoft software platforms
  • Supporting a data-centre and branch inter-connectivity

This is a permanent role, offering a competitive salary of £45K-£50K.
