Senior Loss Prevention Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loss Prevention Manager to join our team at Evri. As a key member of our Loss Prevention department, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks across our network, ensuring the security and integrity of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-risk areas and develop strategies to minimize losses and damages
- Review and analyze network claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Investigate and report on complex cases, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Develop and implement proactive plans to reduce claims and losses across the network
- Liaise with Loss Prevention Senior Managers and support complex investigations
- Champion client-related issues and develop strategies to reduce losses and improve relationships
- Collaborate with the Central Operations Team to drive process changes and ensure losses are minimized
- Drive stakeholder engagement and build relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, identifying opportunities for Evri to lead the way in loss prevention
Requirements
- GCSE English and Maths (grade C or above)
- Understanding of full MS office suite
- Relevant experience in loss prevention or parcel/logistics operations, with management-level experience
- Ability to handle multiple/complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong influencing skills and ability to direct people towards a common goal
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to prioritize, plan, organize, delegate, and influence to gain control
- Ability to recognize and manage own and others' emotions, and handle interpersonal relationships effectively
- Able to build relationships and influence stakeholders positively and professionally
- Takes ownership of issues and sees them through to conclusion
