We're seeking an experienced Room Manager to join our team at N Family Club, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our nursery and inspire a love of learning in our children.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of Early Years Educators in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop and implement engaging learning experiences that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that fosters a love of learning
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our educational programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to colleagues to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional care and education
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure they feel valued and informed about their child's progress

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £27,500-£31,500 per annum, pro-rata
  • A performance-related bonus of up to £1,200 per year
  • A choice of a 4-day, 36-hour week or a 5-day, 40-hour week
  • Up to 32 days of holiday per year, including 3 days between Christmas and New Year
  • Complimentary daily lunch and drinks
  • A personal development fund of £100 per year
  • Funding and paid time off for Level 3/EYTT/EY Degrees/Forest School/Leadership and other training and professional development through our N Academy
  • A child discount of 40%
  • Emergency childcare: 6 back-up childcare days in any of our nurseries
