Position Overview:
The CLR Group is seeking a skilled Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee our property management division. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our property portfolio.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), and Portable Appliance Testing (PAT).
- Coordinating with service providers regarding maintenance tasks.
- Managing the processing of invoices.
- Conducting property inspections to ensure compliance and quality.
- Mentoring junior property managers and ensuring their professional development.
