## Data Analyst Opportunity at Agility Resourcing

We are seeking a recent Graduate to join our IT Department as a Data Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your analytical mind and learn new skills such as SQL. Our company makes data-driven decisions, and you could be a part of this forward-thinking team making strategic decisions for the future.

### Key Responsibilities

* Produce accurate management information reports sourced from multiple sources
* Analyze performance and report on a weekly basis to senior management
* Support business cases and evaluate the commercial viability of new ideas and projects
* Develop and deliver accurate management information to key stakeholders within agreed timescales

### Requirements

* Must be educated to Degree level 2:1 or above in an analytical/statistical-based degree
* Strong analytical and numeracy skills
* Intermediate level of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
* Experience in SQL, QlikView (desirable but not essential)
* Curiosity and determination to seek out the meaning in the data and explain the narrative behind the numbers
* Ability to prioritize multiple workstreams, be well organized, and occasionally work to tight deadlines
