About the Role:

We are partnering with a leading natural resources company to find a skilled Health and Safety Adviser to join their industrial manufacturing site. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in the creation and execution of the auditing programme to develop and maintain Health and Safety standards and practices across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve Health and Safety standards and practices across the site
  • Develop and implement auditing programmes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on Health and Safety procedures and protocols
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience working in a high-hazard environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
