Exciting Opportunity for a Commercial Leader

Bridgewater Resources UK is seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to take on the role of Area Head of Commercial. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing relationships with customers and suppliers, and leading the commercial operations of our electrical wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead the commercial operations of the business, including sales, marketing, logistics, and purchasing
  • Manage and mentor a team of commercial professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Identify opportunities to improve business performance and revenue, and implement strategies to achieve these goals
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably in the electrical wholesale industry
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a track record of driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends

  • A competitive salary of up to 50,000 - 55,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
