The ideal candidate will possess a background in Autism care and personal assistance.
Key Qualifications
- Experience with PEG/NG tube feeding
- Understanding of Autism and strategies for managing repetitive behaviors
- Competence in personal care and medication management
- Capability to manage challenging behaviors
- Familiarity with documentation and recordkeeping
- Recording medication deliveries and managing medication orders
- Keeping medical records up to date and coordinating appointments
- Providing support during hospital visits as necessary
This role is fulfilling and requires a high level of patience, empathy, and dedication to delivering exceptional care.
The successful applicant will have the chance to build a significant relationship with the individual and contribute positively to her life.
