Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at The Royal Parks. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our diverse portfolio of parkland, rare habitats, and historic buildings and monuments.

About the Role:

  • Manage and maintain our parkland and property assets, ensuring they are safe and secure for visitors and staff.
  • Conduct surveys and assessments to identify potential issues and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement property strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Provide expert advice on building conservation and restoration projects, ensuring they meet our high standards.

The Royal Parks is a charity created in March 2017, managing over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats, and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. We are committed to preserving and enhancing our parkland for future generations.
