**Team Leader Opportunity at Tinkers Hatch.**

**This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned care professional to**:

- **Train, Lead and inspire a motivated team of staff**, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that aligns with the **new CQC Care Quality Statements**.
- **Champion client safety and well-being**, fostering a positive and inclusive environment where individuals can thrive.
- **Contribute to the development and implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISPs)**, collaborating with residents, families, and other professionals.
- **Empower your team to deliver effective Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies**, promoting positive emotional well-being and minimizing challenging behaviours.
- **Provide mentorship and coaching to staff**, fostering their professional growth and development.
- **Champion CQC's focus on effective leadership and governance**, upholding high standards of quality and compliance.
- **Work closely with the Senior Management Team** to contribute to the continuous improvement of our care home.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has a minimum of **2 years' experience** working in a residential care setting for adults with learning disabilities.
- Holds a Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Possesses strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Is passionate about delivering person-centred care and upholding the new CQC Care Quality Statements.
- Is flexible, adaptable, and able to handle the dynamic nature of a care home environment.
