Key Responsibilities:- Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Safely and accurately administer medication, offer clear guidance and support to patients and their families about care and treatment plans.
- Manage Patient Documentation: Maintain accurate medical records, perform routine procedures such as taking samples and monitoring vital signs including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Listen actively to understand patients' needs and symptoms, collaborate with healthcare teams to develop, implement, and regularly evaluate effective care plans.
- Ensure Patient Safety: Maintain a safe environment for both patients and staff, ensure the proper functioning of medical equipment, including ventilators, drains, catheters, IV lines, and pumps.
