About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work with children with severe and complex learning needs, including autism, in a unique and specialist provision. As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will provide direct support for the learning of individual children or groups of children to achieve defined progression targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality support for children with SEND, including autism, in a specialist resource base setting.
- Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning plans and support the development of children's skills and abilities.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the well-being and progress of all children.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative strategies to support children's learning.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the resource base's policies and procedures.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong commitment to inclusion and continuing professional development. You will have:
